Learn Hockey at High Camp

Every Tuesday from July 7 to August 25 the Olympic Ice Pavilion will set aside 2 hours before public skate begins for a hockey clinic.
Our instructors will help kids of all ages and abilities work on their skating, stick work and knowledge of the game. Each participant will be required to provide their own equipment. The minimum equipment accepted will be hockey helmet with mask, gloves, hockey shin pads, elbow pads, hockey pants (or sweat pants) and hockey stick. If needed we can provide you with rental skates, though we do strongly suggest you will get more out of it by using your own personal skates.
All participants will need to have the required equipment, a liability release form signed by a parent or guardian and a check or credit card payment for $50 made 48 hrs prior to that Tuesday's class. With early payment the staff at the ice rink can be sure to have the right amount of instructors and equipment available. Also there will be additional discounts with the more classes you sign up for.
The mini hockey camp will start by meeting the instructors and loading the tram in the cable car building by 8:30am sharp. This will allow the kids to get the full 2 hours of Ice time before lunch. Lunch is optional for an additional payment and discounts for the entire family at the pool are available for those who want to enjoy summer time temps at High Camp el. 8,200'.
