Olympic Ice Pavilion - Ice Skating

The Olympic Ice Pavilion, accessed via Squaw Valley's aerial Cable Car, is a true wonder. Perched at the crest of Squaw Valley's upper mountain, the rink offers unmatched panoramic views of the Squaw Valley Meadow, beautiful Lake Tahoe and the surrounding Sierra Nevada.
Open daily throughout High Camp winter and summer seasons, ice skating is available for all ages. Hockey or figure skate rentals are included, and private lessons are available by appointment. Adults and children alike should not miss the thrill and excitement of ice skating in a truly unique and awe-inspiring setting.
The Olympic Ice Pavilion is also environmentally friendly, utilizing the most technologically advanced refrigeration system of its kind. A state-of-the-art heat exchanger freezes the ice while simultaneously heating the Swimming Lagoon & Spa, the surrounding decks and walkways, and the High Camp Bath & Tennis Club.
NEW! Pick-up hockey on Wednesday nights (no general skating).
